GunGov operates primarily as a digital platform providing:
- Firearms range booking services (delivered electronically)
- Club membership management (digital services)
- Compliance tracking and reporting (cloud-based platform)

No physical shipping is required for these core services. You will receive instant digital confirmations, booking receipts, and access to your dashboard immediately upon successful payment.
2. Physical Products and Materials
In limited circumstances, GunGov may facilitate the shipping of physical items, including but not limited to:
- Club merchandise and branded materials (shirts, caps, stickers)
- Licence documentation or physical membership cards (if requested)
- Firearms-related products sold through affiliated clubs or dealers
- Training materials, manuals, or educational resources
- Compliance documentation or certification materials
Important: GunGov does not directly sell or ship firearms, ammunition, or regulated weapons. Any firearms purchases arranged through our platform are facilitated through licensed dealers who manage their own shipping in full compliance with Australian firearms legislation.
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Enkisonics Pty Ltd uses the following trusted carriers for delivery of physical products:

- StarTrack (Australia Post): Larger items and premium delivery
- Toll/TNT: Freight shipments and business deliveries

Processing time begins once payment has been confirmed and verified. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.

- EOFY (June 30): Up to 5-7 business days
- Major firearms events/expos: Up to 5-7 business days
We will notify you via email if your order will be delayed beyond standard processing times.

6. Delivery Timeframes and Estimates
Delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch (not the order date). Estimates are based on carrier schedules and destination:

- Regional cities/towns: 5-8 business days
- Remote areas: 7-14 business days
6.2 Express Delivery (Australia Post Express)

7.2 PO Box and Parcel Lockers
We can deliver to:
- PO Boxes: Via Australia Post only (parcel size restrictions apply)
- Parcel Lockers: Australia Post 24/7 Parcel Lockers (size restrictions apply)
- Business addresses: All carriers accepted
- Residential addresses: All carriers accepted
Note: Some couriers (StarTrack, Toll) cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you provide a PO Box address, we will automatically use Australia Post.
7.3 International Shipping
At this time, Enkisonics Pty Ltd does NOT offer international shipping for any products through the GunGov platform. We only ship within Australia. For international enquiries regarding our services or potential business partnerships, please contact us directly at support@gungov.com.au.
8. Order Tracking and Monitoring
8.1 Tracking Numbers
All shipments are assigned a unique tracking number (where available with the carrier). You can use this number to:
- View real-time shipment status
- See delivery progress and location updates
- Confirm estimated delivery date
- View delivery attempts and status
- Contact the carrier directly with enquiries
8.2 Tracking Your Shipment
To track your order:
- Check your dispatch confirmation email for the tracking number

Tracking availability: Please allow 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system. Some regional services may not offer real-time tracking updates.
9. Delivery Address Requirements
9.1 Providing Accurate Information
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. This includes:
- Full street address (including unit/apartment number if applicable)
- Suburb/city
- State/territory
- Correct postcode
- Delivery instructions (if required, e.g., "leave at front door", "ring doorbell")
- Contact phone number (for courier deliveries)
Important: Enkisonics Pty Ltd is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is lost, returned to sender, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information you provided, you may be charged a reshipping fee for redelivery.
9.2 Changing Your Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address before dispatch, please contact us immediately at support@gungov.com.au or call 0429 308 630. We will update your order if it has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, address changes must be arranged directly with the carrier using the tracking number provided.
10. Delivery Attempts and Collection
10.1 Signature Requirements
Some shipments may require a signature on delivery:
- Registered mail: Signature required
- Express post: Signature optional (can be left in safe place)
- Courier deliveries: Signature usually required
- High-value items (over $200): Signature required
- Firearms-related compliance items: Signature and ID may be required
10.2 Failed Delivery Attempts
If the carrier is unable to deliver your package (e.g., no one is home to sign):
- A notification card will be left with instructions for collection or redelivery
- The package will be held at the nearest post office, depot, or collection point
- You may be able to arrange redelivery online or by calling the carrier
- You may need to collect the package in person with valid photo ID
10.3 Collection Timeframes
Packages held for collection are typically available for 10-14 days before being returned to sender. If your package is returned due to failed collection:
- You will be contacted by email to arrange redelivery
- Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
- If you no longer want the item, you can request a refund minus the return shipping costs
11. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Parcels
11.1 Reporting Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Do not discard the packaging - we may need it for the carrier claim
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged item(s)
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@gungov.com.au
- Provide your order number, photos, and a description of the damage
We will investigate the damage with the carrier and arrange either a replacement or a full refund within 7-10 business days.
11.2 Lost or Missing Parcels
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package:
- Check with neighbours, building management, or household members
- Check common delivery locations (front door, side gate, mailbox, garage)
- Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items as delivered prematurely)
- Contact the carrier directly using the tracking number
- If still not located after 48 hours, contact us at support@gungov.com.au
We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the package cannot be located within 10 business days, we will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund.
11.3 Insurance and Liability
All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit. Enkisonics Pty Ltd is not liable for carrier delays, loss, or damage beyond the refund or replacement of the product. We are not responsible for consequential damages or losses arising from shipping delays or issues.
12. Returns and Refund Shipping

Summary: Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect. We will provide return shipping instructions and may offer a prepaid return label in cases where we are responsible for the return.
13. Firearms Compliance and Special Requirements
13.1 Firearms Licensing Verification
Any products related to firearms (including accessories, parts, manuals, or compliance items) may require licensing verification before dispatch. This is to ensure compliance with Australian federal and state firearms legislation.
You may be asked to provide:
- A copy of your current firearms licence
- Proof of identity
- Permit to Acquire (PTA) documentation (if applicable)
- Dealer transfer documentation (for firearms purchases)
13.2 Refusal to Ship
Enkisonics Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse shipment if:
- Appropriate licensing cannot be verified
- The shipment would violate state or territory firearms laws
- Documentation provided is expired, invalid, or fraudulent
- The recipient is located in a jurisdiction where the product is prohibited
In such cases, a full refund will be provided, and no shipping charges will be applied.

GunGov does not directly sell or ship firearms or ammunition. Any firearms purchases arranged through our platform are facilitated through licensed firearms dealers who manage their own shipping, transfer processes, and compliance with all relevant legislation. These dealers are responsible for their own shipping policies, which may differ from this policy.
14. COVID-19 and Pandemic-Related Impacts
During periods of health emergencies, natural disasters, or pandemic outbreaks, shipping and delivery services may be impacted:
- Processing times may be extended due to reduced workforce or safety protocols
- Carrier services may experience delays or reduced capacity
- Some delivery areas may be temporarily inaccessible
